If not, there’s a chance you made a measurement error somewhere along the way. You should be able to easily handle the dough. Work the dough into a ball, divide into 6 pieces, and roll each piece to make 8″ long strips to twist. This will make the bread twists a bit softer/fluffier. If you wanted to work in some extra butter, reduce the Greek yogurt down to 1/2 cup (113g) and add a tablespoon of light butter. Unlike my spin on Domino’s garlic bread twists, which call for butter in the dough, this cinnamon version uses all Greek yogurt in the dough like my air fried cheese bread.
